I thank your Dad for bringing me to your channel...picked up a sweet set of Edge GS for $60, was wondering what the GS stood for, YT search brought up this video, then the video marathon began on my eventual new hobby. I later found the "GS" are the initials for Gene Sheeley, Hogan's lead club god...akin to the "RM" in Wilson world for Rob Mendralla.

Awesome, I’ll have to try this out! I bought myself a nice set of mizunos about a year ago, but I foolishly let my 2 brothers use them throughout this summer because they don’t have clubs of their own and really wanted to get into golf. The clubs are pretty beat up to say the least but I should have expected it… I literally watched one of them take a full practice swing inside the house on tile floor, and yes it scratched right against it. It hurt my soul. Not to mention the various times I’ve seen them just drag it along the cart path or concrete sidewalk. Safe to say that after I polish these bad boys up, they are BANNED from touching my clubs. Matter fact I don’t even want them going near my clubs at all😂. Guess that means I’m gonna have to hide them.

📍Decent setup tips! My only constructive criticism is “Once you submerge your part in the plating bath don’t TAKE IT OUT! You’ll find that on page 44 if you got the Caswell manual.😉 2nd is having a consistent temp of 135-140° for the Bright Nickel Solution while plating. [I didn’t notice a heater in the video or mention] 📍You did mention doing an “Electro-Clean” in your text, but didn’t mention the more important “Surface Activator” just before you drop the part in the Nickel Bath. It is very cheap way to be sure your part takes the Nickel! Lee
